Domestic returns

We have a 7-day return policy on all full price pieces unless otherwise stated below in section 'Exceptions / non returnable items', which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds are only eligible for '[ UNIFORM ]' pieces. Due to the limited nature, all other atelier pieces are eligible for exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@sacred-archive.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you our return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale event, non '[ UNIFORM ]' pieces or items with a % of profits going to charity.

 

International returns

All orders delivered to a destination outside of Australia are final and non-returnable. Any order that is returned to us due to refusal of delivery will be subject to a restocking fee determined at our own discretion.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a piece is to get in contact to request a return, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item/s. Once we receive the return, we will process a refund for the returned piece/s.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
