配送ポリシー

Fulfilment Times /

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is packed you will receive a second email with tracking information.

All pieces are prepped and packed by hand. Please allow 1-3 working days for order fulfilment. During times of high volume such as new releases, please allow up to 5 working days to receive your tracking information email.

 

Quality /

If there is one thing we value above all else here, it’s quality. Every piece is thoroughly checked prior to shipping to ensure it meets quality standards. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, send an email to info@sacred-archive.com and we will do our best to find a solution.

Customs and Duty Charges /

Some international orders may be subject to local charges from your country. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. All orders returned to us due to refusal of delivery will be subject to a processing fee of 70% to cover the cost of the return and any associated fees.

In some cases, refusal to pay the customs or import duties and associated fees will result in the order being confiscated and disposed of by customs. No refund may be granted on this basis.
